In honor of her hot-off-the-line Lounge Menu, chef Rachel Klein invites guests to drop by the first floor Lounge at OM on Monday evenings for Momos and Martinis. From 5:00-8:00pm the steamed Tibetan-Style dumplings (in veggie, pork or beef) are half price ($4 for six or $7 for a dozen). Though momos are the Monday night headliner, the rest of the reasonably priced Lounge Menu is not to be overlooked – skewers of chicken, lamb or shrimp and small plates like wasabi oysters; calamari with chopped cherry peppers and smoked chili aioli; and chili spice and brown sugar rubbed sirloin with yellow watermelon and Asian herb salad. Pastry chef Cristina Valente adds chocolate paté and a trio of crème brulée to round out the offerings. The full Lounge menu is available nightly from 5:00 until midnight.
