Chefs Daniel Kenney and Mark Sapienza kick off their new Cooking School Semester at The Langham Hotel Boston this February. The classes are designed for all palates and experience levels, so whether you’re starting from scratch or honing your razor sharp culinary skills, you’ll learn valuable inside tips on cooking techniques, plating and wine pairing – and enjoy a fabulous four-course, wine-paired meal while you’re at it. Classes start at 5:30pm with a cocktail reception in the Julien bar, followed by a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen at 6:00. Chefs Kenney and Sapienza will each host a variety of courses, and recently appointed executive pastry chef Alejandro Luna will conclude each class with a delicious dessert course. Classes, which are limited to twelve participants each, cost $100 per person and include dinner, complete with wine pairings; instruction on preparation, cooking, timing and plating; all recipes from the class; a Langham apron; and a certificate of completion. To sign up for any of the following courses, call 617.451.1900, extension 7092.
