The Boston Center for Adult Education partners with chef Michael Schlow of Radius, Via Matta and Great Bay for Mondays Uncorked, an ongoing series of special events that explores and celebrates the wine food and culture at some of the city’s best restaurants. Sign up for any of the three installments to savor the flavors and atmosphere of each of Schlow’s restaurants while learning about wines and wine pairings.
