The Sapphire Restaurant Group invites guests to get to know and love wines from the Loire Valley with a series of events at Rialto and blu during the month of June. On Tuesday, June 7th chef Jody Adams welcomes guests to Rialto for an intimate Loire Valley Wine Dinner. The specially-prepared, multi-course dinner, which gets underway with hors d’oeuvres at 6:30pm, followed by dinner at 7:00pm, will be paired with wines chosen by Rialto Wine Director Patrick Dubsky. Those looking for a different introduction to Loire Valley wines can opt for either of two Loire Valley wine classes – one at blu on Saturday, June 18th and one at Rialto on Saturday, June 25th. The lessons, which cost $45 per person, run from 1:00-2:30pm and include three glasses of wine paired with three small plates from chef Tom Fosnot or Jody Adams respectively.
