Springs Dishes from Excelsior

The last twelve months or so have yielded some pretty significant changes at Excelsior – chef Eric Brennan, formerly of Harvest in Cambridge, has crossed the river to take over for opening chef Lydia Shire, and pastry chef Molly Hanson is now in charge in the dessert department.
