Coriander’s Spring Cooking Class Series

Chef Kevin Crawley is at in again in the kitchen at Coriander. He welcomes guests into the kitchen on Monday nights for a series of cooking classes celebrating the arrival of spring. The classes cost $50 each and offer guests an opportunity to see the workings of a professional kitchen, learn from a tented chef and enjoy a tasty meal. Monday, March 28thThai Me Up, Thai Me Down

Crawley guides guests through a Thai-tinged menu of beef tenderloin and mee grob noodles; lemon grass scented coconut soup with spicy shrimp; red bean ice cream with wild ginger and sesame crisps. Class runs from 7:00-9:00pm.

Monday, April 4thCooking with Coffee

George Howell, founder of the Coffee Connection and Terroir Coffee, joins Crawly in the kitchen to educate guests on the coffee creation process. For his part, Crawley will be preparing a coffee crusted seared sirloin steak and Paris brest with mocha ganache and real espresso syrup. Class runs from 7:00-9:00pm.

Crawley reveals the secrets behind dishes like lobster and asparagus “cocktails”; stuffed pork tenderloin with apples and calvados; Trotter’s potato pave and Austrian Linzor torte. Class runs from 7:00-9:00pm.
