Starting on Sunday, March 5th, Spire spices up their weekend brunch with a Mini Bloody Mary Tasting. Drop in for general manager Jordan Goncharoff’s creative twists on the traditional Bloody Mary including the Sangria Bloody Mary, a sweet and citrusy blend of Hangar One Kaffir Lime Vodka, lime, orange and tomato juices, with a twist of orange; and the Bloody Blanc, a gastronomic adventure using chef Gabriel Frasca’s White Bloody Mary Consommé, made with tomato, garlic, horseradish and other seasonings, and Shaker’s Original American Vodka, garnished with a slice of lime. Bloody Mary flights, which cost $9 and include four mini Bloody Marys, are available on Saturdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
