Sparklers like 1996 Moët et Chandon Dom Perignon, a 1997 Louis Roederer Cristal and a Krug Grande Cuvée range in price from $18-50 per glass. The restaurant also offers the Sommelier’s Flight, which allows guests to choose three two-ounce pours of Veuve Clicquot, Taittinger, Gratien Classique or Beaumont des Crayères for $25. The Tête de Cuvée flight costs $50, and includes a choice of Dom Perignon, Cristal, Grande Dame, Krug and Salon.
