Chef Marisa Iocco, also of Bricco fame, teams up with restaurateur Frank De Pasquale and chef de cuisine Michael Scelfo to create a unique dining destination and ultra lounge in Boston’s Financial District. Taking its cues, and its name, from the simple elegance of “the green heart of Italy,” Umbria uses the best quality ingredients to create a menu of Umbrian specialties.
