Peru Meets Italy in the North End at Taranta

Click through Taranta’s new set of pictures and you may see a few unfamiliar culinary terms. Lucuma fruit? Algarrobino? Rocoto peppers? Aren’t you in the North End? Shouldn’t everything be familiar Italian fare? Not if chef-owner Jose Duarte has anything to say about it.
