L’Espalier Opens for Brunch

As of the middle of February, chef Frank McClelland will be opening the doors of L’Espalier for Sunday brunch. L’Espalier will be offering an a la carte brunch menu as well as a fixed-price tasting menu every Sunday from 11:30am until 2:00pm. On the menu: sirloin, eggs and potato rouille with hollandaise sauce; souffléed banana buttermilk pancakes, bourbon pecan maple butter and hot maple syrup and house smoked bacon; and Belgium waffle with strawberry ice cream and hot chocolate sauce among a host of other options.
