Make your way to Yale Electric between Saturday, February 7th and Monday, February 16th for their 3rd Annual Home Show. The ten-day long cooking extravaganza, which features cooking demonstrations, seminars and appearances from the area’s hottest chefs, kicks off on Saturday, February 7th with Tremont 647’s chef Andy Husbands, Mark Ellis from the Chef’s Table, Eric Heinrich of Turner Fisheries and Jay Murray from Grill 23 & Bar. On Sunday the 8th, chefs Younes Rouzky of Argana and Steve Shipley from Johnson & Wales will join Yale Electric’s resident chef Kurt von Kahle. Chef Paul Turano of Olio takes the demonstration stage on Friday, February 13th, followed by Nelson Kognac of Kouzina and Thomas John of Mantra on Saturday, February 14th. On Monday, February 16th, chefs Volker Frick of Kettle Cuisine, Maryann Saporito-Boothroyd of Saporito’s and Peter McCarthy of EVOO will be on hand to celebrate President’s Day in culinary style.
