Choose among starters like: golden beets with grilled red onions, arugula and cabrales cheese or house made chorizo with a cazuela of smoky tomatoes, chickpeas and peppers. The entrée portion of the menu offers options like: confit of pork with lentils du puy, parsnip puree, and foie gras emulsion or braised lamb shank with fall caponata, fregola.
