Over the last decade or so, Rita D’Angelo and chef Maris Iocco have headed up of some of the hottest kitchens in town – Galleria Italiana, La Bettola and South End Galleria. They’ve also had a hand in launching the careers of award winning chefs like Rene Michelena and Barbara Lynch. After a brief respite cooking and exploring in Italy, they return to Boston, taking up residence in the North End. Refreshed and inspired by the meals they had in Italy, they’re already dazzling their Boston audience with innovative dishes and a whole new perspective on Italian cuisine.
