Wine Mondays and Cheese Tuesdays at L’Espalier

L’Espalier continues their Wine Monday series with a schedule featuring some sumptuous wines from across the globe paired with chef Frank McClelland‘s award-winning French-New England cuisine. The evenings combine education and degustation by including a wine briefing by L’Espalier sommelier Erik Johnson complete with full descriptions of each wine offered. As an encore to Wine Mondays L’Espalier has instated a monthly series called Cheese Tuesdays, when in-house cheese expert and maitre d’, Louis Risoli, hosts a special homage to fromage highlighting cheeses from around the world. The collaboration includes four-courses from chef Frank McClelland, who builds the menu around the selected cheeses and input from sommelier Erik Johnson, who pairs matching wines. Their efforts culminate in a supremely popular night of cheese education and enjoyment. Cheese Tuesday begins at 7:00pm. The cost is $55 per person.
