Located in the Seaport District of Boston and overlooking the Boston Harbor, Woods Hill Pier 4 serves a contemporary and seasonal, chef-driven menu. Chef Charlie Foster’s cuisine reflects a true commitment to the farm-to-table concept in which many ingredients are sourced from their farm in New Hampshire. As they gear up for another busy season, they are currently accepting resumes for a motivated and charismatic Maitre D’/Hospitality Manager to join their talented and dedicated front-of-the-house team.

Qualified candidates should be hardworking, team-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills. They should place a high value on respect for others while also having a strong work ethic, desire to learn and the ability to work under pressure. This is a salaried position with a 5 day work week.

The Maitre D’ is responsible for the planning and execution of the day-to-day operation of each night’s service. The position oversees the restaurant reservations, works hand-in-hand with the host team and is the point of contact for all guest inquiries. The Maitre D’ plays a pivotal role to ensure the restaurant has a smooth and successful service.
