Vincent’s is hiring a Line Cook!

Vincent’s is a New American restaurant whose tastes lean West. During the day we offer a café menu for takeout, delivery, and patio service including soups, salads, sandwiches, and small plates. At dinner we serve classically informed plates with local and carefully sourced ingredients. The beverage program is wine-focused with a strong backbone of modern cocktail bar sensibilities and craft beer. Our style of service is warm, informed, and low-key.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced line cook, looking to learn and grow. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well organized and has a commitment to excellence. The Line Cook is responsible for working a station as a member of a team, while keeping with our standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness. Qualified candidates will have some experience in a kitchen-driven or fine-dining environment. They will have a solid understanding of prep, set up and break down of a station, working service, and cleaning the kitchen at the end of service.
