Troquet on South is seeking a fine dining SOUS CHEF.

Troquet is celebrating 20 years in business, and are in the Restaurant Hall of Fame for Wine Enthusiast magazine. Their bar just won Best of Boston Cocktails 2021.

They have a speakeasy (pow pow shrimp), and a bar (double burger), and a fine dining room (foie gras, duck), so you get to work with an excellent range of food.
