Troquet on South is seeking a Floor Manager.

Expected duties include:
- Leading the front-of-house team
- Learning the menu, which changes daily, and educating our crew and guests on menu items
- Working with the reservation and POS systems
- Provide fine-dining service, and providing backup for servers with sidework, food running, and bussing
- Working with a wine cellar with over 1500 different wines.
- Closing the restaurant (late night hours), including securing the outdoor patio
The salary will be for a starting floor manager, approximately $35,000 to $45,000 annually.
