Celebrating over 8 years in business, Tres Gatos looks to continue its mission of providing warm hospitality, paired with an exceptional food and beverage program. The intimate dining space built into an old home is a unique setting for a neighborhood restaurant that experiences high volume year-round.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant kitchens. The responsibilities of the Executive Chef include hiring and training new BOH staff, maintaining BOH staffing pars to facilitate smooth service and control costs and working effectively with FOH management. Commitment to a collaborative, team-focused approach is essential.
