Celebrating 10 years in business, Tres Gatos looks to continue its mission of providing warm hospitality, paired with an exceptional food and beverage program. The intimate dining space built into an old home is a unique setting for a neighborhood restaurant that experiences high volume year-round. Candidates should have at least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant kitchens.
The responsibilities of the CDC include collaborating with the executive chef to hire and train new staff, developing a dynamic, thoughtful menu and maintaining a high standard of consistency, quality and (last but not least) cleanliness. Commitment to a team-focused approach is essential.
