The Wauwinet Inn’s award winning restaurant, Topper’s, is seeking a Pastry Cook. This position will be responsible for the plan, prep, set up and preparation in all areas of the Pastry/Bake department to include, but not limited to, pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, jams, displays/centerpieces.
Applicants should also work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
