The ideal Line Cook candidate will have at least three years of experience in a high-volume, fine-dining restaurant or hotel kitchen and be a team player who’s passionate about exceptional food. It is the responsibility of a line cook to consistently provide their guests with high-quality food, follow all recipes, meet the production schedule, and cooperate with the kitchen and service staff to provide 100% guest satisfaction.
