Tiny Bar – Kitchen Lead

We are TINY BAR; a small but mighty cocktail bar located in the Jewelry District in Providence, Rhode Island. We serve world-class cocktails to an enthusiastic and loyal community in a unique & dynamic setting.

We are seeking a mature, selfless, proactive individual to oversee our in-house food program. We aim to contribute something completely unique to our local scene and create a vibrant, provocative, cocktail-centric menu to our guests. Candidates should be skilled in prepping [receiving & breaking down produce & proteins, preparing sauces & marinades, cooking in batches, etc.] and respect the products they work with. We offer a quality-driven environment that is low-stress and collaborative. We foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and creativity. Our Kitchen Lead will employ mindful cooking techniques, knows and understands best practice for ordering, costing, & inventory, is well versed in kitchen safety & compliance, and considers her or himself a genuine team-player.

This position offers a path to management and an opportunity to engage with owner and leadership on menu development, sourcing, & special events.
