Candidates will be working under Pastry Chef Dee Steffen Chinn and will be exposed to a variety of desserts and pastries. The right candidate will have an understanding of pastry fundamentals, able to execute basics in prep, high standard of cleanliness, organization, knowledge of pastry ingredients and an attention to detail with a willingness to learn.
