The Wing – Kitchen Staff

The Wing is seeking energetic, meticulous, and hardworking Kitchen Staff to support the build out and preparation of food in their spaces, such as hot and cold made-to-order and to-go items (sandwiches, salads, etc). Their part time team members may work up to 28 hours per week, while their full time team members are scheduled for 40 hours per week. All hourly employees are eligible for benefits as well as access to their 401K program!


  • Prepare food for restaurant menu in accordance with recipes and standards set forth by Culinary Director
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards
  • Receive, Xdate and organize incoming orders
  • Assist with managing an efficient flow of service during busy times; communicating with the front counter when items are low or 86’ed
  • Support dishwashing responsibilities as needed


  • Ability to follow prep schedules and recipes
  • Maintain a level of professionalism with all members and guests
  • Solution-oriented hospitality and customer service skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual
  • Takes direction and responds well to feedback
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communicative about needs; asks questions for clarity and understanding

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation skills
  • Must be able to provide at least 15 hours of availability per week
  • Flexible hours, willingness to work weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs at a time and stand for long periods


  • Certified Food Handlers’ license or equivalent local food handling certification (such as ServSafe)
