They are a culinary driven bar and restaurant seeking an experienced manager with a love for food, wine, craft beer, people, service, knowledge and teaching in a fun dining and bar atmosphere.

You must have 2 years of restaurant management experience, open availability, a relentless attention to detail, a love for getting to know regulars and a passion for excellent service.

Conducting Pre-Meal meetings.
Opening.
Closing.
Cashing out service and bar staff.
Labor management.
Food cost and inventory.
