The Studio in Gloucester looking for an Executive Chef to manage and run our very busy 400 seat restaurant kitchen. On the water with inside and outside dining. 11:00am-10:00pm kitchen hours 7 days a week. 5 days of work with 2 consecutive days off for kitchen manager/executive chef. Looking for someone to be able to run the line, kitchen staff, and adequately execute delicious dishes with consistency. This restaurant has a very well known name and has a high volume following.
