The Salty Pig is currently accepting applicants for a Line Cook. They are a busy restaurant focused on charcuterie, house made pastas and pizzas, with a great beer selection, old world wines, and a small but creative cocktail list.
Their restaurant (part of the Coda Group, which includes SRV and CODA) is proud to be a great place to work. They are a scratch kitchen, priding themselves on local seasonal ingredients. Candidates should be excited about prepping their own station, executing during a busy service, and working directly with the chefs to order their own product.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated cook looking to get their feet wet, or a seasoned veteran eager to take on a new challenge. They are committed to their team, and there is lots of room for growth. Successful cooks can have the opportunity to learn charcuterie, whole animal butchery, and classic pasta production. They are looking for individuals who is passionate, hardworking, and committed to their craft. This position is hourly, dependent on experience.
