The Rudder, an iconic restaurant and bar since the 1950s, is seeking full-time and part-time Servers. Located in the Rocky Neck neighborhood of Gloucester, The Rudder has a decidedly neighborhood vibe that is warm and inviting. The restaurant also invites guests to visit us by boat and dine with us right on the water. Combining the fine food and attentive hospitality of Chef Barbara Lynch, The Rudder offers a rotating menu highlighting Gloucester’s local seafood.

Candidates must have availability on weekends and evenings and experience in a high volume full service restaurant.
