
Chef Barbara Lynch’s latest restaurant The Rudder is now open in the Rocky Neck artists’ colony in Gloucester. We have an immediate opening for a General Manager (full time, year round) who will be responsible for hiring and training the front of house team, managing revenue goals, and maintaining a culture of hospitality and guest satisfaction. Candidates must have in depth food and wine knowledge, and a minimum of two years of restaurant management experience.
