We are looking for a results-oriented General Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is accustomed to working on a team in a fast-paced environment and is able to thrive independently in a high-pressure setting. He or She has a strong knowledge of the craft beer industry and will oversee the daily operations of the organization and make major strategic decisions. The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced team of professionals with diverse backgrounds and capabilities, and will be an essential part of the development and growth of our business. Experience in a management role is essential and keen organizational skills are required.
Other duties include.
- Running daily operations
- On-boarding all front of the house staff
- Working closely with our chef on menu development
- Ensuring positive guest experiences
- Working closely with beer distributors
- Maintaining a high level of Beer training for front of the house staff
- Proficiency with Excel and Toast
This position is full-time and will involve working nights and weekends.
