Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook.
  • Strong culinary foundation and high character.
  • Passion for working with top-quality ingredients.
  • Expertise in line cooking, cleanliness, and organization.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Manage kitchen staff and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Assist in managing food and labor costs.
  • Oversee ordering, inventory tracking, and staff scheduling.
