Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook.
- Strong culinary foundation and high character.
- Passion for working with top-quality ingredients.
- Expertise in line cooking, cleanliness, and organization.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Manage kitchen staff and maintain health and safety standards.
- Assist in managing food and labor costs.
- Oversee ordering, inventory tracking, and staff scheduling.
