The Nautilus Pier 4, a newly constructed, beautiful addition to the Seaport District is the second location to the incredibly popular Nautilus Nantucket. As they expand into the vibrant Boston restaurant scene, they are seeking ambitious sous chefs and line cooks to help propel them to the forefront. They will be building off the success of the original establishment, featuring signature dishes from their globally-influenced small plates menu. Utilizing the best of what local purveyors provide, they hope to create new favorites for their Boston clientele.
The Nautilus Pier 4 will be open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner services. They are looking for an AM Sous Chef and a PM Sous Chef as well as line cooks of various skill sets. The ideal sous chef candidates will possess strong organizational skills, leadership and culinary skillsets. Previous kitchen management experience is required for Sous Chefs.
