Are you ready for a fresh challenge? The Merchant Kitchen & Drinks is seeking a bar manager to complement their amazing team, and help push them on into the future. They are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, and has a great knowledge, and love for, craft cocktails, beer & wine.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have great communication skills to help mold your staff, and be well organized. The position will also include bar shifts, to allow you to work alongside your team, and get to know all aspects of the bar, their guests, and their food & beverage programs. Experience is helpful, but certainly not necessary for the right candidate with a solid background in the industry. Your work environment will be fast-paced, but also very friendly and respectful, with all the help you need to be successful provided by management. Schedule is flexible with Sundays OFF.
