The Lookout is now hiring full and part-time line cooks!
Belkin Family Lookout Farm is one of the oldest continuously working farms in the United States. Lookout Farm grows fresh local fruit for wholesale to many regional restaurants and markets as well as crafting on-site hard cider and beer.
James Beard Semifinalist Chef Jason Gorman is taking inspiration from his Midwestern farm to table roots with a comfortable outdoor cooking pop-up restaurant in South Natick.
Ideal candidates approach their job with pride, cook from their hearts, and genuinely love to take care of their guests.
Previous experience with farm to table cooking is appreciated but not necessary. Uncompromising work ethic and attention to detail and cleanliness required.
You will work directly with Chef Gorman daily to create a warm and welcoming place to work and dine.
