The Industry on Adams is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager.
Qualified applicants will have 5 years kitchen management experience, be creative, enjoy mentoring their staff and sharing their knowledge. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for maintaining an appropriate food cost, managing labor, working the line, ordering food and supplies, creating and maintaining a team and fostering a positive working environment.
Cleanliness, personal hygiene & a good attitude are a must. There is no “Us vs. Them” between the front and back of the house.
