The Hourly Oyster House – Sous Chef

The Hourly Oyster House is seeking an experienced sous chef to help lead their kitchen team in Harvard Square.  They are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, responsible applicant who has a genuine love of food, local product, and an eagerness to learn new skills.  Responsibilities include: overseeing prep and production, expediting service, ordering, inventory, training, and scheduling.  Applicants should have a genuine love of hospitality and understand the importance of building relationships with both guests and staff members.  A culinary degree is a plus but not necessary.  If you would like to apply for this exciting opportunity to work with an experienced and committed management team in a fun environment, submit your resume and a cover letter to the email address provided.
