The Fat Cat is currently looking for a motivated sous chef/kitchen manager that will work with their executive chef in all aspects of the back of house. The applicant will be a full time, salaried employee with benefits including health insurance, paid vacations and back to back days off. They are a very busy restaurant looking for a fast paced sous chef that can problem solve on the fly. Kitchen experience is a must, preferably with over a year of management experience but they are willing to work with the right fit.
