Located in the heart of Central Square, The Dial is a high-energy, urban restaurant and bar offering globally inspired dishes and hand-crafted cocktails. The Dial is seeking a Sous Chef with experience as in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. The Sous Chef will work hand in hand with Chef Justin Urso to help run daily operations of the kitchen including labor and food costs, inventory, ordering, training, managing a close-knit team, working the line, expediting, and maintaining high quality standards.
Sous Chefs need to have at least two years’ experience as a lead line cook. Organization, attention to detail and multitasking are a must .
