The Daily Catch is a family owned and operated group of restaurants that has been setting seafood trends in Boston for over 45 years!! They are looking to add a new member to their Culinary team as Lead Sauté Cook to split shifts among both their North End and Brookline locations. They feature locally sourced seafood, processed in house, offered using traditional Sicilian cooking techniques and recipes.
They are seeking a person who is committed to the restaurant industry and will be committed to this restaurant 100 percent. You must have extensive knowledge in handling and cooking all types of fish and seafood. You must love what you do and take pride in your work. You must be a reliable person who can be leaned on when times get tough. You must be willing to learn their way of doing things and turn them into your own.
Their restaurants are small, with only 20 seats, and an open kitchen. They tend to fill up quickly and develop a line of customers waiting out the door. Their kitchens are a one-man line, with YOU being responsible for cooking all the food, as hungry customers watch in awe. Ability to execute nightly and weekly specials is a must, as is the ability to work the line solo.
