The Butcher Shop, Barbara Lynch’s neighborhood wine bar and full service butcher shop, is seeking a Line Cook to join the kitchen team. Applicants should demonstrate a passion for ingredients, technique, discipline, cleanliness, and hospitality. Ideal applicants will also show that they work well with others and support positive teamwork within the kitchen. Previous restaurant experience or a culinary degree is preferred, but a strong desire to learn is paramount. This is a PM position, working either the saute or garde manger stations. Over time you will be cross trained. They are a close-knit group in a smaller kitchen, looking for someone who wants to cook and make it their career. Experience is preferred but not necessary.
