The Brant Point Grill is seeking a seasonal Pastry Chef who will work with the pastry team on the plan, prep, set up and preparation in all areas of the Pastry/Bake department to include, but not limited to, pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, jams, displays/centerpieces.
Applicants should also work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
Position starts as soon as possible and runs through October with possibility of running through mid-December
