The Bluebird Bar & Wood-Fired Grill is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team in our new West Newton restaurant. The Bluebird is an 88 seat restaurant, with a big, fun bar, featuring an abundance of bright, fresh vegetable dishes, steaks, seafood, and skewers from the grill, as well as a raw bar.
We are seeking a Sous Chef candidate with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5-6 years cooking experience 2 years Sous Chef experience or 8 years cooking experience
- Experience with Raw Bar and holding of shellfish
- Servsafe Manager certified, or completion within two weeks of hiring
- Experience with Ordering and Inventory
- Tues-Sun Availability for now, Flexible Availability when fully open (nights/days/weekends)
