The Blue Coral Seaside Cuisine & Spirits is a small 65-seat all outdoor restaurant located in the heart of downtown Chatham on Cape Cod. This is a seasonal restaurant open for lunch & dinner 6 days a week. Their season is mid June through mid September. They are looking for a Chef to run their kitchen for the Summer. This is a working chef’s position. Candidate should have a minimum 3 years experience. Able to work the grille, saute station, and expo. They have no fry station. Menu development, purchasing, and staff training. Looking for someone who can work easily with there kitchen crew as well as the FOH. Need to have calm demeanor while working under pressure. Their restaurant has a laid back island vibe. This is their 20th season. Top salary for the right candidate as well as an end of season bonus. Housing available.
