The Banks Seafood and Steak House, a new restaurant from Boston’s Himmel Hospitality Group (the folks behind Grill 23 & Bar, Bistro du Midi and Harvest), is looking to interview candidates for Sous Chef.
The Banks, a revival of the New England Fish House, offers inspired seafood dishes and a fresh take on classic New England Fare. The Banks Fish House is a collaboration between restaurateur Chris Himmel and Chef Robert Sisca. Located in the heart of Back Bay at 406 Stuart Street, they offer two floors of seafood-focused dining, two large bars and a working raw bar.
Successful candidates will have appropriate restaurant experience, proven skills, excellent work ethic and outstanding hospitality mentality.
