The Banks Fish House – Pastry Chef

The Banks Fish House, a new restaurant from Boston’s Himmel Hospitality Group (the folks behind Grill 23 & Bar, Bistro du Midi, and Harvest) is looking for a Pastry Chef to join their culinary team!

We are seeking candidates with a passion for bread, pastries, and hospitality. Qualified applicants will have prior pastry and baking experience, the ability to take direction and work independently, and ready to excel in a busy production environment!

In the heart of Back Bay, The Banks is a collaboration between restauranteur Chris Himmel and Chef Robert Sisca offering a fresh take on classic New England fare.
