Teresa’s Hospitality Group – Function & Catering Chef

The Function and Catering Chef at Teresa’s Hospitality Group is primarily responsible for the food production and set-up as is appropriate for any given contracted event. This Chef meets with the Event Management Team to review BEOs and upcoming events on a weekly basis.

This individual must adhere to company standards for:

  • Event menu preparation
  • Event service procedures
  • Cleanliness and hygiene (personal and work space in two kitchens)
  • Event food stations, buffet, plated meals, and/or desserts.

This Chef is solely responsible for the event/catering menu’s execution from start to finish.

Must be able to travel between Teresa’s Italian Eatery in Middleton, MA and Teresa’s Prime Steakhouse in North Reading, MA (approx. a 6 min drive).

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Must have a valid ServSafe Certification
Must be able to work nights and weekends
