Tenderoni’s – Sous Chef

Restaurateur and 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021 James Beard Finalist – Best Chef Northeast Tiffani Faison her Boston-based restaurant group, Big Heart Hospitality, is opening a new restaurant Tenderoni’s in the former Tiger Mama space in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood. Opening November 2022, Tenderoni’s Fenway will be an Italian-American-ish concept that places fun and delicious at the forefront of the guest’s experience with a wildly entertaining and raucous atmosphere.

We are accepting applications for the Sous Chef position. This will be a fun, inclusive environment to learn the craft of cooking at a high level using the best ingredients available.  

Must have a flexible schedule and weekends are a must. We are looking for an energetic Sous Chef with a passion for cooking, learning, and making people happy. We take our food seriously and hope you do too.. We are looking for someone who accepts feedback to help them grow and will work well in a true team environment.

Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced workplace, and cleanliness is key. Prior experience in kitchen management is necessary.
