Dive Bar and Tenderoni’s, in the High Street Place Food Hall, are looking for experienced line cooks to join their team.
Located in the Financial District, they are expecting a busy lunch and after work crowd on the weekdays and a special event driven crowd on the weekends. Large catering and delivery orders will also be a big part of their daily business. Dive Bar’s menu is focused on regional American seafood dishes and Tenderoni’s will serve Detroit-Style pizzas.
Operated by Big Heart Hospitality (Chef Tiffani Faison, owner), this will be a fun environment to learn the craft of cooking comfort food at a high level using the best ingredients available.
They offer a competitive base hourly rate + a 5% kitchen appreciation fee that is paid out to hourly BOH staff based on hours worked over the course of the week. Weekend availability is a must.
